So you’ve segmented your audience, found the best content to deliver every day, and now have a pile of messages lying around. Here’s an easy way to repurpose that content into an informative newsletter for your readers in under 5 minutes. Let’s go!

Minute 1: Collect Your Content

If you’ve mustered enough courage to post points of view multiple times a week on your audience’s favorite channel, you have all you need to start generating informative newsletters that can help grow your readership.

Below we’ve copied the last 5 Tweets we posted on Notivize’s feed (but you can use LinkedIn or even messages you’ve pushed into your app). We tend to share thoughts about AI and Productivity so that will be the theme for this newsletter:

Minute 2: Generate an Intro

Writing a personalized intro paragraph to any newsletter is always a good idea but to keep things under 5 minutes we’ve asked the Notivize AI Writer to create an email about the above Tweets (lazily pasted in with no editing):

The resulting copy includes a nice email intro that summarizes what’s been going on in the world of AI and Productivity in the last week so we’ll grab that (similarly there is a good conclusion and a Subject line):

Minutes 3–4: Create Your Newsletter Template

Now we get into the mechanics of actually delivering your newsletter to your readers. Rather than cutting and pasting into another toolset we’re going to use Notivize’s built-in message delivery capabilities to create a template and send the emails (you can also send as a push notification into your app, SMS, Discord posts, Slack messages and much more). It’s easy!

You can see above that we can personalize the raw text generated by the AI writer to include template variables like firstname to match the reader profile we have. You can also include advanced logic triggered programmatically to send different messages to different audiences and further beautify… but our 5 minutes are almost up!

Minute 5: Deliver Your Newsletter

Notivize has many options for how to choose your target audience including CSV upload, integrations with 3rd party segmentation tools, and custom endpoints that you can call from a script or application event to deliver messages via any channel.

In this case we did a quick delivery using an existing CSV list upload but we could have segmented and selected recipients based on interests from our user profiles and sent automatically.

And here’s the result, in under 5 minutes, whew!

Minute 6: Save Time By Optimizing Your Workflows

The above example was, of course, a very brief introduction to the power of repurposing existing content for other channels. Most of your audience probably doesn’t see all your Tweets as you send them out so they’ll appreciate great content being delivered in other ways that they can consume when they are ready.

Managing and writing content for multiple channels can be a lot of work but by combing AI and and all-in-one solution like Notivize (try it for free!) you can become very efficient and reach audiences in a lot more places.

Let us know if you have ideas or questions about how to operationalize similar workflows, we’d be happy to help!
